1- Schedule Your Ride Ahead of Time - Rides must be scheduled NO LATER than 5pm the day prior to the day of travel. We DO NOT take same-day rides.
2- Know Your Driver's Pick Up/Drop Off Window (approximate Time of Arrival)
Pick up - 15 minutes before to 30 minutes after
Drop off - Up to 1-hour before scheduled time
3- Be Ready to Board Bus When Driver Arrives
The driver can ONLY wait 5 minutes
